At Chaaruseela, we’re delighted to bring your handpicked sarees to your doorstep. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process and timelines.

Shipping Charges

• India: We offer free shipping across India.
• International: Shipping charges apply based on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Timelines

• Domestic Orders (India): Delivered within 5-7 business days, depending on product availability.
• International Orders: Delivered within 10-15 business days, depending on product availability.

Note:
These are estimated timelines. Delays may occur due to high demand, courier service issues. For high-demand items, we’ll notify you in case of any production delay. As many pieces are made-to-order, cancellations are not accepted once the order is confirmed.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your order using the provided number.

Receiving Your Order

• Please ensure someone (you or an authorized person) is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.
• If no one is available, the delivery partner will attempt to contact you.
• If calls go unanswered, the package may be held at the nearest courier hub.
• You can collect it from the hub, or in case the parcel is returned and the order is later cancelled, a ₹100 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
