Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please follow these steps:

Record an unboxing video clearly showing:

  • The sealed parcel from all angles
  • The shipment label
  • The entire unpacking process, with no cuts or edits
  • Any visible damage or issue

This video is mandatory for returns or exchanges in such cases.

How to Request a Return or Exchange
Message us via email at support@chaaruseela.com within 2 days of delivery.

Please Include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • The unboxing video
  • Return Shipping

If approved, ship the item back using trusted courier service.

Packing

Return items in original condition and packaging.

Our Processing

  • Once received, the item will be inspected.
  • If approved, a replacement will be shipped within 5 business days.
  • If the replacement is not available, a refund will be processed within 2 working days. to the original account.
  • Important Note: Returns without proper video proof or beyond the timeline will not be accepted.

We have a strict NO RETURN policy for:

  • Change of mind
  • Product looks different than expected
  • International orders are non-refundable. Please order mindfully.
